Join artist Anna Alcock to create your own two-colour relief prints inspired by designs from nature by William Morris. Create raised 'relief blocks' by drawing and pressing into craft-foam then inking up with a mixture of acrylic paint and PVA glue. You can use everyday kitchen equipment such as spoons, cleaning sponges and saucers.
Find out more about the William Morris' use of woodblocks to relief print his wallpaper designs here.
You can see a preview of the activity in our Virtual Family Day Film on the Wililam Morris Gallery Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/308876590221/videos/621926928440798
