This London Craft Week, get inspired by William Morris’s hand block printed textiles. Join makers Lola and Laura for this one day workshop. You will create a colour palette from natural pigments for block printing and learn how to carve a wood block to print your own patterns.

Maker Profiles

Lola Lely is a multi-disciplinary designer/maker with a particular interest and expertise in utilising plants and other natural materials to create dyes, pigments and paints for application in contemporary techniques and processes. lolalely.com

Laura Anderson is a sculptor and professional woodcarver who has recently graduated from the City & Guilds of London Art School with a diploma in historic woodcarving and gilding.
