This one-day workshop will show you how to use the Bolex H16mm camera and strategies for shooting film in an eco friendly way with Rosalind Fowler and James Holcombe from no.w.here.
We will cover how the Bolex H16 camera is loaded and operated, its lenses, light metering and creative camera techniques as well as strategies for shooting. In the afternoon we will shoot together as a group, returning to the William Morris Gallery to process footage in an eco-friendly way using caffinol and other eco-formulated developers.
This workshop ties in with themes explored by Rosalind Fowler during her residency at the William Morris Gallery.
Residency supported with skills and equipment from no.w.here.
